Arnica is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It is also applied to the skin to ease arthritic pain as well as muscle and cartilage pain.

HOW TO USE- Use on clean dry skin, rub directly on aches, pains and bruises. make sure you wash hands after use and keep away from children. To preserve product and minimize contamination please use a wooden spoon to apply balm.

 STORAGE-Keep me out of direct sunlight. I will melt.
